The housing industry continues to show low percentages. I don't believe we have reached the bottom yet. There are a small number of states that carry almost 60% of the home foreclosures. The foreclosure rate continues to increase and the banks are not doing anything about it. They want to refinance so that they can get another 30 years of payments from you in which 10 to 15 years will be interest. Think about what you need to do before you agree to a refinance. I believe there are better options. I will cover them in the next blog.
